Yes, we arrange trips, fundraising events, and social activities to help build connections and well-being.

Your attendance is completely private—only those present will know you attended. Our group discussions are confidential. The only exception is if a facilitator believes you are at risk of harming yourself or others, in which case emergency services may be contacted.

You’re free to talk about anything on your mind. However, we ask that discussions remain respectful and supportive. Hate speech, threats, or anything that puts others at risk is not allowed. If you disclose plans to harm yourself or others, we may need to notify emergency services to ensure safety.

Our meetings are open to any man aged 18 and over.
